2/19/12 Hasta la Pasta won the Reserve Grand Champion Belt Buckle at the 2012 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Best Bites Competition. The entry was "Poblano Risotto with Shaved Beef Tenderloin and Port Reduction". We would like to thank and congratulate the efforts of our Team.

2/20/11 Our Ride With the Champs had a happy outcome at Trails´ End. We were thrilled to win the coveted First Place Best Bites Buckle. Chef Kipp Galleymore and Chef Teresa Guzman prepared their Braised Beef Short Rib Ragu on Polenta Grana Podano. This will be featured on weekends only in all locations during Rodeo season. Congratulations to our team and thank you to our friends who accompanied us on the bus!
