Thank you Claudia! 2/19/12 Hasta la Pasta won the Reserve Grand Champion Belt Buckle at the 2012 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Best Bites Competition. The entry was "Poblano Risotto with Shaved Beef Tenderloin and Port Reduction". We would like to thank and congratulate the efforts of our Team. 2/19/12 The Hasta Bus will leave our Katy location and go to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Best Bites Competition. We were thrilled to win the coveted First Place Best Bites Buckle. Chef Kipp Galleymore and Chef Teresa Guzman prepared their Braised Beef Short Rib Ragu on Polenta Grana Podano. This will be featured on weekends only in all locations during Rodeo season.
